I have tried on several occasions to get in contact with Groupon Customer Service Dept.,but have been unable to reach you via chat. I requested a phone call in regards to several order & also order that I didn’t click purchase on a few weeks back. I requested a phone call & representative called me while I was at work.

You cannot reach a live person at that phone number! All it does is refer you to their (terrible) customer support people and then it hangs up on you! You should be ashamed of yourselves, Groupon!!!

I am going through the same result with groupon. No lice customer service. Online help is a joke and they will not refund my money because they say it shows delivered. Not to my home it wasnt. I mean really Groupon. I am not wealthy and will contact every media outlet possiable to get hard working people like me there money back and not get screwed.
